Our dedicated Project Manager will provide a detailed programme at the start and aim to adhere to it. While we strive to adhere to the programme, construction projects can encounter unforeseen delays, such as adverse weather conditions or supply chain issues. We communicate promptly with our clients about any changes and work to minimise disruptions.

Our payment schedule usually consists of an initial deposit, followed by staged payments at key milestones, and a final payment upon completion. 

We expect the Client to have all necessary planning permissions in place prior to the contract award.

Our team is well-versed in applicable laws and building regulations, ensuring that all work complies with building code. We can arrange an independent building inspector or this can be arranged by the Client to ensure all works are compliant.

Yes, we offer a warranty for our workmanship. The warranty cover and period varies depending on the project, and it will be further defined within the offer letter. We are committed to the quality of our work and will address any issues that arise during the warranty period.
